"You can exist without your soul, you know, as long as your brain and heart are still working. But you'll have no sense of self anymore, no memory, no ... anything. There's no chance at all of recovery. You'll just exist. As an empty shell. And your soul is gone forever ... lost."

When I checked my emails again today, I got more emails that says I have won Free gifts, Sweeptakes, and Cash prizes ..There's a weird feeling that I feel when I receive such messages.. It makes me feel so weird that I wanted to shout at those pranks sending me emails that I have this and that.. I now only wonder if Yahoo!s into some email address selling and stuff.. hhmm.. Well, it's funny because sometimes those emails would say I won Apple notebooks, iPods, iPhones, designer clothings, etc. I only wish those stuffs were for real....or at least, they should at least send me a formal / snail mail letter which gives me the right to claim those prizes in this and that department store..it's much more fun when those notification letters were tangible, at least, it's something more real for us winners...hahaha.. But it's a lot more fun when I receive emails such as, "I am a banker from Africa, and I am writing to let you know that there is a $100,000,000 money deposited into Juan Tanga's account, and if you will collaborate with me, you shall have 50% of the money"..hahaha.. funny people.. Africa's known to be a poor country. Do they think there will be people who are as genius (ahaha) as me who's going to believe in their scams? nah.. I don't think so.. as the old adage says, "walang manloloko kung walang magpapaloko"..bow! well, I won.. several times.. if those stuffs were true, probably, I am richer than Bill Gates by now..LOLZ!
Last Saturday, I gathered all my wits and guts to collect all my junk printers and cartridges here at home and brought them to the waste market at SM City Davao, Parking Area C. I asked my elder brother to give me a ride because I can't just bring all those three junk printers by myself. I needed a car, and since we have one at home, I see no way of my brother not helping me. I still don't have a driver's license, if only I have, I won't bother anybody with all this cleaning up thing. When I got my butt in there, I wasn't surprised to be seeing those trash of cartons, metals, and plastics in a huge pile. So then, I went to one of the booths there to register myself. Then, they gave me two cards of which I will show those scrap buyers later on. One card was blue and the other was red. The blue card is good for the printers I have brought, and the blue one was for the cartridges. They made this so to organize the people and also the stuffs being brought there. After I had my stuff weighed and my inkjet cartridges checked-in, I was happy to have had collected Php38.50 for everything I bought. Haha. It was so cheap, it can't even pay-off the gas we've consumed to get there. Anyway, it's the experience that I had which made it extraordinary. So, that's my waste market story.
After I got my pennies and my receipt, I told my elder brother to just go on in his way for I shall be going around the mall for a few minutes. I realized that I haven't got myself anymore laser printers at home other than the dot.matrix that we have. So, I went inside this store at SM where I can find ink refills and original ink cartridges at a very cheap price. I am actually planning of buying a new printer, also new ink cartridges and ink toners. I found out that the store I was in is having a Christmas Sale where all of their items are sold with 30% less the original price..that's why I have decided to buy my new printer at payday this weekend. I am just so excited.
In my past entries, I have been blabbing about my desire to visit UK or Canada. I myself have been wondering why I am like this. I have come to realize that I belong to the eastern part of the map, and there are helluva plenty of good places to visit in this side of the world. Southeast asian countries are some of the places I want to visit. I have learned in college that those places are really rich in arts and culture, making it worthy to be visited by people like me. Also, the place down under also sounds so intriguing too. My boss, Sarah, who owns the two websites I am currently into is living her life with her husband and two beautiful kids, Bien and Melody. I think she's living in Melbourne, Australia. ALso, some of my childhood friends Shawn and Princess, just recently immigrated to Australia. I am not just sure where they stay at the moment. Like UK and Canada they have places such as hotels in gold coast and hotels in surfers paradise. I have seen in my friends' pictures that the coastlines really look so great. The wind and waves makes my heart flutter enough for me to dream on going there soon. Ah, I remember! When my friends were there first time, they stayed in some hotels in adelaide first before going to the town they are heading. My boss also informs me that if ever I decide to come to her place someday, it would be better for me to stay in one of perth hotels since it's cheaper than anywhere else. So, Australia..here I come!
I really really wanted to go to United Kingdom and have a great time there. I again dreamed of having fun with lots of people in UK together with my friends here in the Philippines--go there partying all night, drinking champagnes, eating European cuisines which are surely oohh so tasty! I'd love to go there. Sooner or later, I will have my ass enjoying life in UK. This is a promise for myself.
Anywhere in UK have great loads of choices. Whether it's for food, for clothing, for leisure activities, or for having to stay in a really cool and cozy place like Hotels in London, or Hotels in Manchester, or Hotels in Birmingham. The hotels might look really exquisite, but I bet, they also have loads of great deals for tourists like me who are planning to enjoy a visit at their place. The whole UK maybe a place full of partying, fun, good-looking people, and shelters the high ends of everything, and I know someday, I will too will pay a visit to the place of great culture in upper center part of the world map. I should start saving then.
Me with my feet and back should be at Island Garden City of Samal's Highest Peak tonight. It hadn't rained the whole day, we should have pursued trekking then. I love the place there, it's so cool and starry, and when you wake up, you wake up with those clouds below you which makes you feel you've come as far as heaven. The wind's so cool in the morning that whenever you open your mouth to speak or even yawn, fog will come out of it which is by the way funny because we never had winter or an icy feeling here in the plains. We only have dry and rainy season--so boring. That's why I always enjoy the time when I got to blow some fog from my mouth.
I still am dreaming of being there someday, or maybe, soon. I just need to pack myself with some ragged clothes, tent, or get myself a friend who's a soldier or a navy so that I could borrow his boots or whatever footwear he has so that I'd be so geared up whenever I go trekking. But the problem is, where will I look for that kind of person. I don't even have friends who are in the ROTC, how much more with people coming from the navy? Poor me. You see, I found this really cool site in the internet that sells navy stuffs. They also do forward their products at a really faster rate, big time. Internet really helps nowadays. So, instead of getting myself a new friend from the navial forces, I would just check the internet and buy myself my own gears for the upcoming trekking.
